How to read the ASCII table

  1. Find the character you need in the Char column.
  2. Read across for its decimal, hex and binary code.
  3. Codes 0–31 and 127 are control characters (shown by name, e.g. LF = line feed).

Example: "A" = 65 = 41₁₆ = 1000001₂.
